California property inspectors are not required to be licensed.  You should use Home Inspectors that are certified by a recognized certification organization that requires members to earn continuing education credits.  Our inspectors are ASHI and/or CREIA certified and experienced.  Our inspectors are also Manufactured Home / Mobile Home AII Certified.

Insurance is also not a requirement in California.  Our home inspectors are covered!  We have General Liability and E & O insurance.  Our insurance includes referring agent coverage!
