We have been performing Residential and Commercial Inspections since 2003.
We are not involved in any other business. In accordance with the CREIA® Standards of Practice, we do not participate in any referral or construction related activities. It represents a conflict of interest.
Yes, we do carry Errors & Omissions insurance.
We always encourage buyers to attend the inspection. Buyers that attend have a better understanding of the property as viewed by the inspector and are better able to read and interpret the final report. The buyer's attendance also helps them understand the scope of a home inspection as well as the limitations.
An inspection can usually be scheduled within two or three days.
A typical home inspection of a 2400 square foot house will take roughly 2.5 hours. Infrared inspections range depending on areas to be inspected.

The Report

Yes, our reports conform to (and exceed) CREIA's Standards of Practice.
The report is usually available the same day and can be emailed to you and your agent if requested. No report takes more than 24 hours.
Yes, we include pictures in the report which makes the report much more comprenhensive.
The report is computer generated. There are no sloppy hand-written checklists!
Yes, we prepare an extensive written report that generally runs 15-20 pages. Our reports are the best in the business! Detailed, easy to read and have attached supporting photos. Included is a Report Summary which will let you quickly review the recommended improvements to the home. The report is narrative in nature so that you can read, in plain english, the results of the home inspection.
